Cape of Good Hope 1862 Wrapper from Colesberg addressed to E. Howland, Esq., Poert Elizabeth.  4d. blue triangular (SG 6a) adhesive (2 large margins, third just touching at bottom left) tied to Wrapper with small triangular obliterator.  Colesberg ‘JA 11 1862’ dated town oval hand stamp in red plus Port Elizabeth ‘JA 17 1862’ dated town oval hand stamp in red on reverse.  Fine with horizontal crease not affecting adhesive.  OUTSTANDING AND SCARCE.
