Cape of Good Hope 1859 Wrapper from Grahamstown addressed to E. Howland, Esq., Port Elizabeth. 4d. deep blue triangular (SG 6) adhesive (very fine large margins) tied to Wrapper with indistinct small triangular obliterator.  Grahamstown ‘JA 29 ?’ dated town oval stamp in red plus Port Elizabeth ‘JA 31 1859’ dated town oval hand stamp in red on reverse.  ‘Stamped’ in manuscript on front.  Fine with horizontal and vertical creases not affecting adhesive.  OUTSTANDING AND SCARCE.
