South Africa 1927 King George V Plate Proofs of 4d.  Imperforate examples in each language one of each in ‘FIXED INK’ and one in ‘FUGITIVE INK’.  BRADBURY WILKINSON & CO. LTD.  label at base.  Endorsed in ink ‘Fixed ink approved’, initialled and dated 8/12/1927.  The two fugitive ink examples each have an almost colourless line through the designs.  British Philatelic Association Certificate No. 81,973 (2013).  EXCEPTIONALLY RARE.
