South Africa 1941-1948 Gold Mine 1½d. blue-green and yellow-buff (shades). Horizontal strip of four with interpanneau margin at left. Variety ‘yellow-buff (centre) omitted on Stamps 2 and 3. Partial omission on Stamps 1 and 4’. Superb lightly mounted and unmounted mint. British Philatelic Association Certificate (2011). (SACC 86a). THIS IS BELIEVED TO BE THE ONLY PROGRESSIVE STRIP IN EXISTENCE.
