Great Britain 1961 Queen Elizabeth II Seventh Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference.  1/3d. green and blue.  Right marginal horizontal strip of three.  Variety, ‘ERROR ON RIGHT-HAND STAMP, ‘BLUE OMITTED (QUEEN’S HEAD) AND PARTIAL OMISSION OF BLUE ON MIDDLE STAMP’.  Superb unmounted mint condition.  British Philatelic Association Certificate No. 16,880 (1985).  THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT AND RAREST ERRORS FROM THE REIGN OF QUEEN ELIZABETH II.  ONLY SIX MINT EXAMPLES OF THIS ERROR EXIST, OF WHICH TWO ARE DAMAGED.  THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONALLY RARE AND IMPORTANT EXHIBITION SHOWPIECE.  OUTSTANDING.
