Great Britain  1961 Queen Elizabeth II Post Office Savings Bank.  3d. orange-brown and violet.  South West corner strip of four.  Variety, ‘Bottom stamp has orange-brown completely omitted with the stamp above showing partial omission’.  Superb unmounted mint condition (hinged in margin only).  Fold between Stamps 2 and 3 – not detracting).  British Philatelic Association Certificate No. 82,288 (2013).  OUTSTANDING AND VERY RARE.
