1840 Queen Victoria. 2d. “milky” blue.  Plate 1.  Lettered ND.  Very large margins at top and bottom with a portion of the adjoining stamp at top.  Small clear margins to left and right.  Fine used with red Maltese Cross cancellation.  VERY RARE SHADE.  SG Spec. DS3.
