KGVI Expertizing Certificate No. 0472/06-06 (2006). These stamps were issued during an interim period (15th August 1947 to 3rd October 1947), following the implementation of the Indian Independence Act, during which time Bahawalpur was part of neither of the two dominions created. The Amir acceded to the Dominion of Pakistan on the 3rd October 1947 and these stamps were withdrawn. THIS IS THE RAREST AND MOST IMPORTANT DEFINITIVE SET FROM THE REIGN OF KING GEORGE VI WITH ONLY 60 COMPLETE SETS HAVING BEEN ISSUED. AN OUTSTANDING EXHIBITION SHOWPIECE ESPECIALLY AS MULTIPLES.
