KGVI Expertizing Certificate No. 0472/06-06 (2006). These stamps were issued during an interim period (15th August 1947 to 3rd October 1947), following the implementation of the Indian Independence Act, during which time Bahawalpur was part of neither of the two dominions created. The Amir acceded to the Dominion of Pakistan on the 3rd October 1947 and these stamps were withdrawn.
