Great Britain Entire 1815 London to Montreal, Canada, with manuscript endorsed from London forwarded (with manuscript endorsement) from Glasgow.  Endorsed by ‘Earl of Buckinghamshire’.   Very fine strike of  SMALL DIAMETER, ‘WITHDRAWN SHIP LETTER/GREENOCK/(CROWN)/POST PAID’ CIRCULAR DATE STAMP. THIS IS UNIQUE AS THE ONLY RECORDED EXAMPLE OF THIS CIRCULAR DATE STAMP.(Both the only recorded example and the only Port recorded as having used this small design).  On the front os a fine oval ‘Ship letter/QUEBEC’ and in manuscript ‘P10″ and red ’11½”.  British Philatelic Association Certificate No. 50,078 (1998).   UNIQUE AND THUS VERY RARE.
